Unauthorized Bank Transactions

I made an online booking only to realize later that debit cards are not accepted but rather credit card, I then cancelled the booking and opt for alternative rental by the counter at EuropCar Cape Town, few days later I checked by banking transactions and Rentalcars.com had deducted R1900, I'm fighting the refund battle.

The service I'm receiving from them is very poor I must say, I'm so devastated.
