I would never recommend doing business with Rentalcars.com. Firstly, the terms and conditions are not transparent. They are only told to you AFTER a booking. I erroneously booked a vehicle (due to the **** construction of their website) at 14h56. I realized the mistake and immediately tried to rectify. After trying to get hold of them a number of times I eventually canceled the booking at 15h20. I confirmed with the agent that I spoke to that I did not nor saw reason to may the penalty as I had just booked and it was an error. I advised that I want my full refund. I was placed on hold a number of times and told by him (Harri) that it was being done. I then received an email confirming the cancellation and advising me that I will not get the full refund!!! This is theft. I did not book the car and jeopardize anyone from getting a vehicle I booked and canceled in less than 30 minutes. I demand a full refund and will stop at nothing to get it
