Super Bad Service

I would like to lodge a complaint. I arrived this morning at the specified pick-up point just before 10:00 am.

The car was not ready and the person helping also did not have all my details after entering it into your system.

He then proceeded with completing the rental and wanted to charge me an additional R3600 rental fee over and above the rental fee of R1400 I already paid with you and a deposit of R5000. I understand the deposit of R5000. However, he could not explain the R3600 to me.

I then proceeded to cancel the rental and your system now wants to charge me R1000 as a cancellation fee.

I would like to have the cancellation fee that your system charged me waivered and my full amount refunded. I don't think it right that I took an Uber all the way to the pick-up location (which also cost me money) only to have been met with an additional R3600 rental cost that could not be explained to me and then after cancelling because of the inconvenience caused by this that I know get charged with a cancellation fee.
