I am truly disgusted! Wanted to amend a booking with Rentalcars.com and an agent via live chat advised me to cancel booking instead and rebook. When I canceled I realized that they will return money only after 25 days! I tried to call both South African and UK numbers, with no success if getting through. Email, website even the app is not working either!
