Rentalcars.com/Budget car hire

What a bunch of ********s!! Booked a car in Ireland through Rentalcars.com only to find not all costs are included and we have been double debited for our booking!! We have been emailing them and no joy yet, just been given the runaround!! Please stay away from this company. Budget car hire, your name gets dragged through the mud with these people
