RENTALCARS.COM STAY AWAY SO BAD SERVICES

I booked a vehicle through rental cars as i was not sure about the deposit needed and no where on my app i was instructed to have R 27 000 in my credit card i paid my rental fee of R 1700 as i thought this will just be security the following morning i emailed them about 10 times and messaged them another 10 times through my app to confirm the details surrounding this amount no has responded 24 hours later ive managed to get hold of one of there live chat guys called marc my whole conversation to him he respned twice in a very short and rude manner and abruptly ended the chat without answering any question i had especially my rental refund as i dod not collect the vehicle today RIDICILOUS!!!!!!!!
