RENTALCARS.COM ****!

I canceled my booking after there was no repose from RENTALCARS.COM, the payment was deducted without any notification, now after days of trying to get my money back I was informed that there will be no refund, somebody needs to close this place down for good they are ******** innocent people who does not deserve to be ****med, I will never ever ever refer anyone to this company they **** people and gets away with it, this issue I will drive it as far as I can, how can RENTALCARS.COM call themselves a business, I am getting in contact with my bank to report this as *****.
