Rentalcars.com only has fine print after you click

The mobile site is not very user friendly in terms of providing additional information on t&c . They offered a claim waiver insurance and it seemed as if the price of the policy is added to the rental price of the vehicle. The rental was R1300 and the total was R1650 with the added claim waiver. But when you confirm the booking, then you find out the policy is R1650 over and above the rental of R1300. When i immediately cancelled the booking, they charged me R870 cancellation fee altough at the beginning of the booking it is indicated that there are no cancellation fees. Only after you struggle to sign in do you see that although you immediately cancelled the booking, it is witin 48 hours of the booking date and you forfeit 3 days of fees if you paid a deposit, which they immediately deducted from my credit card! It is just unacceptable. I cannot find any contact email or number to discuss this with them. Avoid at all cost and rather book directly with the rental companies. This is a ripoff.
