Rentalcars.com, NEVER AGAIN!

Charges you "3day loss" for a cancellation even though you made the booking 20 minutes ago. They can't give you a full refund unless you make a new booking, after paying for new booking, you find out you still have to pay the same amount on pick up of the car.

I'm upset!
