RentalCars.Com failure to resolve ********** card transaction.

RentalCars.Com are using delaying tactics to avoid refunding a ********** transaction on my bank card. After attempts to address with Booking.Com (umbrella company), emails back and fro are repeatedly and strategically asking the same questions as if each of their responses are automatically generated. I find this attention to detail appalling and not in the interests of the client’s (me) best interests. Two transactions, R8326 (ET CAR RENTALS) and R8632.43 (RENTALCARS) were deducted from my bank account using one of my cards, which has since had to be blocked. I hope Booking.Com or RentalCars.Com treat this matter with more respect shortly.
