Rentalcars.com ****** Another refund witheld by the company rentalcars.com working together with budget car hire I was doing a search to hire a car where there was no credit card needed rentalcars.com was then suggested and even on the front page they are glad to say no deposit no credit cards So with the very easy one two three steps and they took the money out of your account they send you a confirmation mail which then includes notice to collect vehicle and number one is a credit card where a 5000 holding deposit can be taken on no way before you get warned advised there's any deposit or any credit card involved and the reply I get from them is saying I should have went and read the terms and conditions from the rental company which is also not shown from which company you are choosing unless if you leave the website and follow different commands When requesting the refund they say it's against cancellation fee which is always apparently the full amount you paid for if it's now 1 day 2 days or 3 days and if you got the car or not they are ******

I say again they are ******

This cancellation fees also not without by the using company budget car hire but from them self at rentalcars.com and seeing I'm not the first review please advise anyone to stay away from using their service they will cook you
