RENTALCARS.COM & CAPITEC

I booked a car with rental cars and it cost me R1033,96. I canceled 5 minutes after and my booking was for today. They now tell me they are paying me back only R413.58 and is charging me over R620.38 for canceling yet their website stated free cancellation. I even went and called Capitec but theyu refused to refund me, mind you they are the ones who introduced it to us, as their clients. This is unacceptable anda ******* we trusted capitec!
