Rentalcars.com BEWARE!!

Rentalcars are not attending to a query we have had ongoing since 27 July where we were charged by Rentalcars as well as Hertz for an insurance and all that is happening is a total run around of excuses and incompetence. I would appreciate someone who knows how to sort out a very simple error to contact me urgently!
