I booked with them and was never able to collect the car due to no fault of my own. Now they are unwilling to refund me due to fineprint on their website that says I have to claim for my refund before my trip ended.

Absolutely Schocking. How can a company who are unwilling to deliver a service get away with not refunding me and taking my money?
