********** experience. Booked a car online- it was Bidvest Car Rentals Car. Accepted my payment online using a debit card. When I got to Bidvest to pick up the car (We were in Joburg for mother's sisters funeral), there was no car booked (I had paid R570 WITH MY DEBIT CARD)I was told that they do not take debit cards. called Rentalcars.com to get clarity. Even though no car was booked, despite me having a reference number having to start the entire process all over again. with Bidvest Car Rentals who went out of their way to assist, Rental cars.com refused to refund me the R570. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A *******!
