Rentalcars.com and Circular car hire No show

I dont recommend using this company. Read all reviews before deciding. My rental car company called Circular, through rentalcars.com at Antalya Airport, Turkey was a no show and **** to rentalcars.com that we were the no show. We waisted half our first day in a new city waiting for the rental. The complaints and refund process is so difficult, you just give up. So they sitting with all my rental car money and I didnt get to use their service. Lesson learned. Never again will I touch them. And we travel alot. I also tell every single one of my traveller friends to stay away from them. Shocking that they care so little about all the complaints I read about after the fact. Even 1 star is too much. I am super disappointed.
