Rentalcars.com always unailable

Rentalcars .com took money from my account and did not book my car,they book a second car for me at Hertz and again took money from my account and added insurance to my booking.When I arrived at Hertz CT Airport ,Hertz only accepted my booking and not the insurance,Hertz took R1551.00 for the insurance on the car or a R17000.00 deposit.Rentalcars.com took R2653.00 and 1634.00 for the insurance,I paid more than R6000.00 for a rental for 5 days.Hertz doesnt want to help to get my money back and Rentalcars.com is unreachable.They do not answer the phone ***as per the website and the live cchat is always unavailable and neither can you reach them by email I will never deal with Rentalcars.com again,second time that I picked up problems with my rental through Rentalcars.com and Hertz,rather book directly with the Car Rental co
