RentalCars & Woodford Car Hire DO NOT DELIVER!!!!

RentalCars, along with Woodford Car Hire - worst companies filled with empty promises. We hired an automatic car in September, booked through RentalCars, but when we collected vehicle from Woodford, they only had manual vehicles available. They promised that Rental Cars will refund us the difference as they will be informed by Woodford they the supp**** us with the incorrect vehicle. Then after returning the vehicle, I had to phone and email numerous times and all of a sudden Woodford just said well it’s not their problem as we booked it through Rental Cars - I never would have used them if I know this would be their attitude!! Most pathetic customer service - giving me attitude and all! Saying that they assisted me..no you didn’t, you made empty promises!!! It’s now the end of November and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!!! Don’t take bookings if you cannot deliver the products!!!!!
