Rentalcars dont react to legitimate complaints

I rented a car to use for a week in Spain. The car was delivered to me without a full tank of fuel and, on taking delivery, I discovered that a return charge which was more than the rental of the car for a week, would be charged to return the vehicle from Madrid to Barcelona. I was aware that a charge for this return would be paid but certainly not at that level. Rentalcars were unable to show me that they had quoted me that value for the return of the vehicle. I have, despite repeated efforts, not been able to elicit any response from their consultants. I certainly would not recommend that you deal with this company.
