Rentalcars a bunch of *********

I booked a car with rental cars and it cost me 1200 Rands. I canceled wednesday and my booking is for Friday morning. They now tell me they are paying me back only 400 odd Rands and is charging me over 700 Rand for canceling yet their website stated free cancellation. This is unacceptable and I am giving this to my legal company to investigate. Absurd!
