RentalCar is a ****!!!!

My fiancé have rented a car online on my behalf but pick up location was wrong when we arrive at avis because the reference number was not on their system so i phoned RentalCar to cancel ant everything went smooth so they told me that they wpuld reverse the transaction from their side. The last 3 days no one is answering the phone and they havent reversed it and took more than they requested to take. Worst place ever with worst service. Avis helped me in a couple of seconds when i walked through their door. Please, don't waste your time and money to do it on RentalCar.
