RENTAL CARS.COM @ KING SHAKA AIRPORT

WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF USING THEM. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY STILL IN BUSINESS WITH SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Firstly the agents have no way of talking to customers...the guy i spoke to on the phone (contact centre Cape Town)was not south african and i had difficulty understanding ..so i confirmed something a few times just to make sure as it was concerning a refund. He told me and i quote' How many times must i say the same thing' is that the way to speak to a customer? Secondly i booked a Hyandai i10 when we got to collect it was an old car-not a name that i have heard before- there was a storm on the specific day and the car felt like it was going to go up in the car...the most scariest experience ever...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They are more pricey than other rental companies-i paid R1200 for insurance and R1000 for the rental which was a total waste of money..With all the reviews i have seen online- it clearly shows they dont care about their customers TERRIBLE!!!
