Rental cars.com

I booked a car on the 25th August 2019 and pick up was supposed to be on the 26th August 2019 unfortunately had to cancel the booking due to unforseen circumstances beyond my control. Now Rentalcar.com does not want to refund me my money back have tried everything been taken from pillar to post till today the 2nd October 2019 it came to a point where they do not reply to emails and their phone numbers are forever busy. These people are a living hell, They took my R2500 and I have not seen a cent back of that money.
