Refund dispute

I rented a car using this booking agency and returned the car 1 week earlier. Thrifty Dollar car rental refunded the unused 1 week back to rentalcar.com, but now rental cars is refusing to refund my 1 week. In earlier emails rentalcars.com confirmed that they cannot refund me the unsued 1 week because DollarThrifty had not refunded me, however I got emails from DollarThrufty confirming they refunded back the money to Rentalcars.com. So i want my money back because the money was refunded back, so why are rentalcars keeping money which is due to me?
