POOR SERVICE

I booked a rental car through Rentalcars.com. I took a flight from Cape Town SA to Johannesburg SA and had to take delivery there. Unfortunately I forgot my drivers license in Cape Town. I approached Rentalcars to add my wife, whom was with me as an additional driver, so she could drive the car, hey refused saying T&C's. I then requested them to cancel my booking and issue a new one into my wife's name, but they refused, saying T&C's. Most unhelpful and unfriendly service. this company has no heart for people, just money. I also informed the rental car company which they are contracted to of their poor service. I will never, ever deal with them again.
