Poor Customer Service.

I hired a car with Rentalcars.com and within 2 hours cancelled. The car company through which the car was going to be provided was Bidvest Car Rentals at Lanseria Airport. I called them and made the cancellation the lady there confirmed the car hire was cancelled but did not inform me to contact Rentalcars.com. Hence no refund was made to me. Extremely poor communication from both Rentalcars.com and Bidvest Car Rentals.
