Payed for something I did not use

I work very hard for my money, and to see it get blown for no service is something I will not accept, I had booked a car in O R Tambo int airport in Johannesburg, when went to collect the car, they tell me I had two bookings, they where able to cancel one on them and refund me, then they said I need to pay another 2000 rands for me to get the car, this was never communicated to me the time when i made my booking so i chose to cancel the booking, they then said if I cancel i will not be refunded, i have to cancel days before collection time, now how do i cancel days before collection if i booked on the same day of collection? ZAR741.68 was deducted from my account and I NEED THAT MONEY BACK because I did not get the service that was supposed to be provided.<br> *** and *** are my booking ref.
