not free cancellations

They do no have free cancellations. I had to make changes twice and it requires you to cancel (quoted as free) so both times they refunded me less just under R400 per cancellation. Do not trust them and to top it all of my final car was not what I booked so a cheaper car so I am not a happy customer to say the least
