No refund they are *****.

I rented a car with thrifty thru rentalcars.com when I went to collect the car I was told that I do not meet their requirements and that they thrifty cannot help me and that I should deal with rentalcars which is a hustle to get hold of.. I eventually got hold of them and they promised to refund me within the next 7 working days and it has been 14 days no refund.. Both companies are ****** thrifty and rentalcars I just need my refund back 6700 it's a lot of money
