Rentalcars.com are a bunch of ******. Booked a vehicle with them for pick up the 23 March 2020 in Cape Town. I tried to cancel/postpone/obtain a voucher from them due to non essential flights restriction by our president. They advised me that they are unable to assist as its out of the 24hr free cancelation period and my president has not placed the country under lockdown. They do not care about their clients only about the money they can make. Why would you want to do business with such a company.
