Misleading

Very misleading tried to cancel my booking called the ***entire morning no answer, I paid R1500 thinking its towards the rental to my surprise on collection of the vehicle more money was required which rentalcars didnt disclose that to me, I was forwarded a long message with their T`s & C`s which pretty much stated that i will not get my refund, i feel like they mislead and which looks very *****..
