Horrible Service - Never Again!

The agent refused to help when I had an error in my booking, which caused me not to use their service. Their phone lines were off and couldn't get hold of someone for hours. When I finally did, the (online chat) agent refused to fix the error, change the booking or even refund the money. Above that, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be taking this extremely ****my behaviour with the ombudsman.
