hate this company

i hate this company at large and to others please never use this company if you dont wanna lose your mind. i made a booking on line following their dishonest ad with a reference number 510 089 517 and i wanted to cancel a booking as their booking was 6k after taking 2666.60. i was never told when i am getting my money.
