Frustratingly poor service

My parents experienced a problem with their car booking while in Portugal. Neither my parents stuck at a Portugal airport or myself in my office in South Africa could contact rentalcars.com. Their online chat function was not available, neither the international or South-African 24 hour contact numbers worked, their manage your booking page just keeps loading and when we got re-directed to rentalcover.com, they simply indicated that they were unable to assist. Extremely poor, disappointing and frustrating service. Rather give them a skip.
