FALSE ADVERTISING OF THE KMs

So I made a booking through Rental cars but the actual company that owns the car is the company Woodford. On the system (and on email), my booking was showing and confirmed for 1000 km, however when I got to Woodford my booking was showing as 800km. I called Rentalcars to explain the discrepancy and clearly the system is not calculating well. They kept insisting that the hours are calculating the Kilometers (but whos fault is that). The refused to refund me and wanted me to make another booking (using more money, which I didn't have) so that they can refund me. Interestingly enough, the booking would have been much cheaper (with unlimited KMs if I had gone directly through Woodford. The lady that was helping me at Woodford was so kind, understanding and helpful. Next time I will go direct to the rental company and not through this agency (Rentalcars.com). Rentalcars seems not be based in SA so you speak some consultant who is probably and outsourced agent who clearly doesn't even care. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FALSE ADVERTISERS.>>>
