Dishonest service..

Booked a rental car in CT through this company and they are dishonest!They advised me to take out a policy without telling me that it is compulsory to take out a policy via the car rental company on collection... So I landed up having to pay double! They refused to refund me or refund part of the money back although I still went through with the car booking... ! Terrible service!
