Covid profiteering and Rentalcars.com

Covid profiteering and Rentalcars.com I rented a car for 13 days for business trip in June 2021 and was infected with Covid during rental period. After 3 days I returned the car. Had to go home after falling ill. Trip was cancelled due to Covid. I paid for another 10 days but did not use the car. The car was booked with Thriftys Car Rental through Rentalcars.com. I contacted Thriftys and they said I must take it up with Rentalcar.com regarding the 10 unused days. Rentalcars.com says sorry policy is no refund. I do not mind a penalty of a day or three but to take 10 days!!!!!!!!!
