Car rental ripoff

I booked a small economy vehicle on the 9 July to be picked up in Cape Town airport late afternoon at 17h00 on the 10 July 2019 and to be dropped off at George airport on the 13 July 2019. I paid by credit card and recieved the invoice for the amount of R1312.04, the car rental per day was under R250pd plus 200km per day. I am aware that I had to pay a surcharge for returning the car at George airport. On my credit card statement that I received at the end of July they have charged me the R1312.04 (R437.35 per day) billed on the 9 July as per my invoice, on the same day they charged me an additional R1126.47 (billed from Australia) and the again on the 17 July they charged me an additional amount of R1468.95 billed as a Europecar Batch Transaction. I returned the car at George airport with a full tank with only 569km driven. I have been trying to get ahold of the company to sort out these charges, to no avail. All I get told is that someone will phone me back it has now been almost a month and still I have not received any feedback from them.
