Before COVID 19 there was no such policy, even in the contract l signed there is no price calculation policy and your cancellation policy is not explicitly.

Your website can be updated anytime to suit what you are saying. But signed contract you can't modify.

You cannot carry your website to court but l can carry a signed contract.

Please l ask you to excalet my issue to the policy makers or your senior manager to solve this matter. Pauline are you going to appear in court for this *****.

The booking form refers to contract not website my dear. If l take this to my lawyers you will eventually pay more than what l am asking. Think about this , l am going to take it to newspapers and any other media platforms we want to see who will loose.

I am getting very cross.
