REFUND QUERY Good day Sir/Madam I had booked the car for 2weeks (24th march to 3rd April 2020) but because of the announcement by President of South Africa, for all citizens to go on complete shut down starting 26th march 2020 l will not need the car . Will you organize refund for rest of the days l have paid in advance and all the insurances prorate. Effectively l will need car for 3days only that is 24th to 26th march 2020. Your understanding with regard to this matter will be greatly appreciated. I will return the car with full tank. I can attach documents as follows; 1. Old Bank statement for 2020 March to April 2.
