Be sure to book with a rental company direct

<p>I have booket a rental car through rental .com in one hr i have decided that the deposit witch they dont advertise was to much i then cancelled and a cancelation fee was asked R1150.00 also it will take 5- 7 day for the balance to reflect in my account witch also is madness i paid emediately and the cpa act is suppose to protect us from such behavior .i will never again book via Rental .com rather direct to the rental company the lady witch helped me just had a no care and her behavior was well cancel or leave it . ..be worned you can book direct and its much much cheaper.</p>
