Be aware of Rentalcars.com and Sur Price

Be aware of the suppliers who partner with Rentalcars.com. I recently had a bad experience in Greece. Rentalcars.com took my money for a booking for a rental car, but the rental company transported me from the airport in Greece to an off-site office of Sur Price. At my arrival Sur Price said it is law in Greece that you need your local country's drivers license. They refused to accept my international license. They refuse to refund me and canceled the booking. I walked to the offices of Hertz and rented a car with my international license. This was a very expensive lesson. It was not the first bad experience with Rentalcars.com BUT CERTAINLY MY LAST. WATCH OUT FOR RENTALCARS.COM AND SUR PRICE. THEY ARE BOTH ******* and *******.
