Bad Service - Rentalcars.com

I rented a car from this agency for 3 days. I then returned the car after using it for 1 day. Apparently it is in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS to not refund a customer if they decide to return the car sooner. I mean who wants to pay for a car that is no longer in their possession??? This is day light *******. This was first time renting a car and this is the service I get. Travels be careful because its seems like this a money making scheme. At this stage I do not want to hear about terms and conditions, rental cars.com owes me money and I want it back
