Avoid Rentalcars.com

RentalCars owes me a refund which they have not paid. The South African office is impossible to get through to- I am convinced it actually does not exist. No one on the chat lines seem to know what they are doing and they all claim to get back to you with no commitment to their word. Save the trouble and just avoid them.
