Avoid Rentalcars.com !!!!!

A bunch of scoundrels. I booked a car online, sent them my travel details, but their system defaulted my pick-up time to 12:00 despite the fact that I had sent them my flight details. Unfortunately, i was not vigilant enough to notice this error on the reservation. Needless to say, on my arrival there was no car available and no refund. Also, no other cars available at my location the next day. When I complained, I was told to put in a claim at the end of the hire period. I have now put in a claim, only to be gleefully informed that there will be no refund. Yes I made a mistake by not addressing the fact that they had the arrival time wrong. But to use this to swindle me out of a 15 day rental fee is ********* if not ********
