Angry customer

They very deceiving with their rates. They will quote you an amount online and deduct another R1550 for some ridiculous full cover protection! Their system is so frustrating that non of the rental car businesses can access nor give you direction on processes to follow for refunds. I'm currently having a case with them to get my refund as I ended up not taking the car. It's actually cheaper to go directly to the service providers then go through rental cars.com they just ******!
