ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS BEING DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT CARD

When booking a car on rentalcars.com website and paying with a credit card ensure that the amount being deducted from your credit card is correct - ensure this is the amount quoted. I booked a car and when receiving my credit card statement an additional amount was deducted for comprehensive insurance. Nowhere during the booking process did it give an option with specific amounts for additional insurance.

Be careful when making a booking; ensure that you only pay the quoted amount as they REFUSE to refund.
