I arrived at Firstcar, the car which I booked via Rentalcars.com, they informed me that their CC machine does not accept tap, telling me how many customers are frustrated with the situation. I have not carried a physical cards for months. Firstcar refused to give me a car and really inconvenienced me. When I approached Rentalcars.com they told me that I should have cliecked on the detailed T&C !
