They are refusing to give me my refund R1100 holding fee of which I had paid with out viewing the apartment at mellow haven as I was under the impression that it looks like the one I have seen and situated in a similar place only to find that unit number was right by the play area abd having parents smoking right by the main bedroom I raised my concern and they refused to refund me and couldnt get me another apartment. I need my money, I signed an application form not a lease form and the conditions in this matter are different. The agent should have advised me to view the apartment before paying the holding fee.
