As I have been complaining and raising my concern with this Rental agency who are refusing to pay back my refund of R1100, today they had paid a REFUND OF A R100,this case was very different, the Agent Freedom Nkosi gave me an impression that the unit was exactly the same including where it was situated as the one I have viewed 3weeks prior. Only to find that this unit was right by the play area with parents who smoked and having a joll right by the main bedroom of that unit. I had secured the apartment by paying a holding fee of R1100 firstly I was not given the facts and secondly I was put under pressure by the agent. When I told that I dont like that apartment(mellow haven unit 3),id asked him to find me another apartment. Their form (application form)states that you will receive ur refund if you cancel. Or fail to occupy the unit. I did neither because I had indicated that they need to find me another apartment. They took their time!!!!I want my R1000 back. This is getting too much now and they are taking Advantage!!
